Tablet Troubles...

I got a tablet for Christmas and this week I finally started to use it. I planned to come home today and colour what was going to be my deviant ID, but the pressure of the pen no longer worked instead of changing the thinckness of the line it stayed consistent and then wouldn't erase and I don't know how to fix this problem....
